Part of the Swim and Survive Partner Pool Professional Development Series: Survival breaststroke and competitive breaststroke are both important components in LTS but are two completely different strokes useful for two completely different reasons. So when do you start the teaching of formal competitive breaststroke? Not all swimming teachers come from a competitive swimming background, so this session will break down this stroke thoroughly with useful drills and how to correct and identify faults. (Dry & Wet session)
